Tender Description:
This tender seeks to identify a competent and specialized service provider to support and maintain the Authority’s ERP system. The objective is to ensure system stability, enhanced performance, security compliance, and continuous improvement of the platform to support the Authority’s financial, administrative, and operational processes.
Scope of Work:
The Authority seeks to engage a qualified and experienced service provider for the provision of support and maintenance services for its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in accordance with the technical and functional requirements outlined in the bidding documents. The scope of work includes provision of continuous system support, troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance, system upgrades and enhancements, performance optimization, security management, data integrity assurance, user support, technical advisory services, and training where necessary. The service provider shall ensure system availability, reliability, and optimal performance, while adhering to agreed service levels, cybersecurity standards, and all applicable regulatory and contractual requirements throughout the contract period.
