A Ugandan Government Enterprise seeks expression of interest from qualified, eligible firms for the Provision of Printing, Copying and Scanning as a managed service on a 36 months Framework Contract
Scope of Work:
The selected provider will deliver comprehensive managed printing services to the Enterprise over a period of 36 months.
This includes the supply, installation, configuration, and maintenance of multifunctional printing, copying, and scanning equipment at designated locations.
The contractor shall monitor device usage, provide consumables (such as toner and paper), handle troubleshooting, repair, and device replacement as needed.
The service must ensure high availability, secure document handling, and usage tracking through integrated software solutions.
Training for end-users and helpdesk support will also form part of the deliverables.
