The selected service provider shall be responsible for providing comprehensive motor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair services under a framework contract for the Authority. The scope includes routine servicing, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, spare parts replacement, and emergency repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and roadworthiness. The contractor shall ensure timely response to service requests, use of genuine and quality spare parts, adherence to manufacturer specifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. All services must be delivered efficiently while minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring reliability and longevity of the Authority’s fleet.
