Scope of Work:
The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive blueprint and implementation plan for the transformation of the Knowledge Management Centre (KMC). The consultant will assess the current state of the KMC, identify key areas for improvement, and design a strategic plan that includes organizational restructuring, process optimization, and the integration of technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
