Tender Description:
This tender seeks competent suppliers to provide food services and a range of equipment and machinery to support the entity operations in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act.
Scope of Work:
The selected suppliers shall be responsible for the provision of goods and services as specified under the respective lots for the Fund. This includes the preparation and supply of quality meals for staff and security personnel, as well as the provision of specialized equipment such as cone and jaw crushers, embroidery and tailoring tools and machines, water processing and packaging systems, and salon equipment. Suppliers are expected to ensure high standards of quality, timely delivery, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to applicable safety, health, and regulatory requirements. All goods and services must be delivered efficiently while meeting the operational needs of the entity and maintaining value for money.
