The scope of work under this tender involves the supply, delivery, and where applicable, installation, maintenance, or provision of various goods, services, and minor works required by the institution for the period 2025–2027 under framework contracts.

These include but are not limited to: the supply of foodstuffs, vegetables, toiletries, stationery, textbooks, laboratory chemicals and equipment, school uniforms, furniture, and electrical equipment; provision of services such as garbage collection, internet and SMS, cesspool emptying, security, printing and photocopying; as well as minor construction and repair works.

Bidders are expected to deliver high-quality goods and services in accordance with the terms, specifications, and timelines outlined in the bidding documents and in compliance with the Procurement and Disposal Guidelines for Schools (2014).

All supplies and services must meet the standards suitable for a secondary school environment and support the school’s academic and operational functions.
