The scope of work for this prequalification tender covers the provision of a wide range of goods, works, and services required by the Organization for effective operations across its offices and field locations for the period 2026–2028.

This includes the supply of office stationery, computer hardware and software, office furniture, branded materials, protective gear, motor vehicle supplies, medical items, school-related materials, farm inputs, food items, fuel, and general supplies.

It further encompasses the delivery of professional services such as vehicle hire, accommodation, fumigation, security, printing, auditing, insurance, legal support, ICT maintenance, research, media consultancy, catering, and equipment servicing.

Additionally, eligible firms will be prequalified for various works including carpentry, joinery, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical works, and the supply of building and renewable energy materials.

All prospective suppliers and service providers are expected to meet the Organization’s quality standards, demonstrate technical competence, ensure timely delivery, and comply with all organisational and regulatory procurement requirements.
