The selected service providers shall be responsible for providing reliable and well-maintained vehicle hire services to support the operations of the Organization under the EpiC and STRIDES Project. The scope includes the provision of suitable vehicles in good working condition, along with qualified and experienced drivers, fuel management (where applicable), maintenance, insurance, and all operational requirements necessary to ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation services. The service provider shall ensure availability of vehicles as per request, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, compliance with local transport laws, and responsiveness to project needs across various locations. The contractor is also expected to maintain high standards of service delivery, including punctuality, reliability, and proper coordination with the Organization project teams.
