An Educational Institution in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Prequalification of Suppliers, Service Providers, and Contractors from January to December 2026
Scope of Work:
The scope of this prequalification covers the provision of supplies, services, and works to the Secondary School for the period January 2026 to December 2026.
Successful prequalified firms will be responsible for supplying a wide range of goods including building materials, agricultural tools, foodstuffs, medical and laboratory supplies, computers, stationery, school uniforms, and furniture.
They will also provide services such as computer maintenance, photography, school publications, and irrigation services, as well as civil works including construction, renovations, and related building projects.
All goods, services, and works must meet the school’s required quality standards, be delivered or executed within agreed timelines, and comply with applicable safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
Prequalified firms may be invited to bid for specific contracts under these categories during the stated period, ensuring transparency, fairness, and value for money in all procurement activities.
