Tender Description:
An Educational Institution in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Prequalification for the Provision of Supplies, Services, and Works for the FYs 2025/2026 – 2027/2028
Scope of Work:
The scope of this prequalification exercise covers the identification and selection of competent, experienced, and reliable providers to supply a wide range of goods, services, and works required by the School for the Financial Years 2025/2026–2027/2028.
Prequalified providers will be expected to deliver high-quality supplies including foodstuffs, cleaning materials, ICT equipment, laboratory items, office stationery, school uniforms, textbooks, and related consumables in accordance with the school’s standards.
Service providers will be required to offer professional consultancy, security, waste management, fumigation, vehicle maintenance, and other operational support services essential to the school’s daily functioning.
Additionally, providers under the works category will execute mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and routine road maintenance as needed.
All suppliers, service providers, and contractors must demonstrate technical capacity, financial stability, compliance with statutory requirements, and the ability to deliver timely, efficient, and value-for-money solutions.
