Tender Description:
This tender seeks to establish a pool of prequalified vendors to support the Organization’s programme and operational needs by providing a range of goods, services, and consultancy in line with its education-focused initiatives.
Scope of Work:
The selected suppliers and service providers shall be responsible for supporting the Organization for development in the delivery of its programme and operational activities for the period 2026–2028. The scope of work includes the provision of high-quality goods, services, and consultancy across various categories as outlined in Annex 1, ensuring timely delivery, professional standards, and value for money. Suppliers are expected to comply with Organization’s procurement policies, ethical standards, and quality requirements while maintaining reliability, responsiveness, and accountability. The engagement may include supply of goods, delivery of professional services, technical expertise, and consultancy support tailored to the Organization’s programme implementation needs, with a strong emphasis on transparency, efficiency, and adherence to agreed specifications and timelines.
