Tender Description:
An Educational Institution in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Construction of a Multi-Purpose Building – Phase 1
Scope of Work:
The scope of work under this tender involves the execution of Phase 1 of the construction of a Multi-Purpose Building at the institution.
The works will include, but are not limited to, site preparation, excavation, foundation works, structural construction using approved materials, masonry, concrete works, roofing, plastering, installation of doors and windows, and other related civil works as specified in the detailed drawings and technical specifications.
The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring site safety, environmental compliance, quality control, and timely completion of all activities in accordance with the standards set out in the bidding documents and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
All construction must be carried out under the supervision of the School’s appointed technical team and completed within the agreed project timelines.
