Project Details:
We are seeking a Certified Workday Prism Lead with an active certification to provide 20 hours per week for an ongoing implementation. Candidates should have strong implementation experience leading a Prism workstream, and strong customer communication skills. The work is 100% remote and candidates will use their own device through a virtual desktop. The initial assignment is through 12/31/24 with possible extension.

How to Apply
The Workday Prism Lead will spearhead the implementation, management, and optimization of Workday Prism Analytics within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design data models, integrate diverse data sources, and provide actionable insights through Workday Prism. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data analytics, strong technical skills, and a robust understanding of Workday systems.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Management
Lead the implementation of Workday Prism Analytics, including data modeling, security configuration, and reporting tools.
Ensure seamless integration between Workday Prism and other data sources (e.g., SQL databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems).
Manage updates and upgrades for Workday Prism to align with business needs and technological advancements.
Data Integration and Transformation
Design, build, and maintain pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate multiple data sources into Workday Prism.
Develop and maintain custom datasets and data transformations within the Workday Prism environment.
Analysis and Reporting
Create actionable, user-friendly reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.
Provide technical expertise in interpreting data to support decision-making processes.
Train and support end-users in leveraging Workday Prism capabilities for their reporting and analytics requirements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand and address their analytics needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all Workday Prism-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with external consultants or vendors to optimize system performance.
Compliance and Security
Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data within Workday Prism.

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
5+ years of experience in data analytics, ETL, or Workday systems.
Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics and related tools is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in designing and managing data pipelines and integrations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in data visualization tools, Workday Reporting, and Prism Dashboards.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and cloud-based data solutions.
Familiarity with Workday HCM and other Workday modules is a plus.
Soft Skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
