Job Description

Develop and maintain WordPress websites
Create custom themes and plugins
Migrate websites from other platforms to WordPress
Integrate plugins like WPML, WooCommerce, and Membership systems
Optimize site speed and implement SEO/CRO best practices
Convert complex PSDs to HTML5/CSS3 responsive templates
Work within GIT/SVN version control systems
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Deliver high-quality, detailed work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
2+ years of experience in WordPress development
Proficiency in WordPress architecture, theme/plugin development
Experience with WP plugin integrations (WooCommerce, WPML, etc.)
Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, AJAX
Familiarity with LAMP environment
Understanding of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication
Reliable computer, internet, and power source for remote work
Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)
Full-time availability (40 hours/week, PST hours)
Preferred:
Experience with BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify
Familiarity with ReactJS or AngularJS
Prior agency or multi-project experience
