The welders are responsible for following the specifications and instructions of the project manager, ensuring the quality and safety of the welds, and maintaining the equipment and tools.

The welders also need to have good communication skills, as they work in a team with other welders and technicians.
The welders must have relevant welding certifications, experience in the field, and knowledge of the welding codes and standards.
