Job Title: Waitress (Fresher No Experience Jobs)

As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant's high standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

How to Apply
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant or café.
Present menus and explain daily specials or new offerings to guests.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any special requests.
Process customer payments, including cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
Ensure all utensils, glasses, and dishes are properly stocked and clean.
Collaborate with other staff members, such as kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service operations.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation practices.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Promote special offers, events, or menu items to guests.
