Frontline Service Positions
We are recruiting:
To provide professional and courteous food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests promptly and professionally.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks in accordance with service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and presentable at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the service area.
