Job Description
The Waiter / Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience through courteous service, efficiency, and attention to detail. The role supports the hospitality operations of the park and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues politely.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and customer service standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
