Job Description
Sinnapi is Uganda's first verified events marketplace connecting event planners with service providers. We are looking for energetic, people-oriented agents to help us onboard event vendors onto the Sinnapi platform across Kampala.
This is a flexible, commission-based role where you set your own hours and earn for every vendor you successfully onboard.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify event vendors through Instagram, referrals, and markets
- Reach out via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or in person
- Share the Sinnapi pitch and guide vendors through sign up
- Follow up until the vendor completes their profile Report weekly on contacts made and sign-ups confirmed
- UGX 10,000 per verified vendor onboarded
- UGX 25,000 bonus when your vendor makes their first booking
- UGX 50,000 bonus for 25 vendors in a week
- UGX 150,000 bonus for 100 vendors in a month
- Paid monthly via Mobile Money
- Full pitch script and WhatsApp outreach templates
- Your own agent referral code
- Weekly check-in and support from the Sinnapi team
- Real potential for ongoing work as we expand to Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania
