Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Trading, the Treasury Dealer will execute trades in fixed income and foreign exchange markets, optimize trading strategies, and manage risk exposure. The incumbent will conduct market analysis, develop pricing models, manage interbank and client relationships, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also includes supporting the sales team, contributing to the bank’s profitability, and representing the bank at industry events.

How to Apply
Execute trades in fixed income and forex markets in compliance with policies and regulations.
Formulate trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.
Conduct daily market analysis and adjust strategies as needed.
Develop competitive pricing models and support sales teams with client-focused solutions.
Build and maintain strong interbank and client relationships.
Monitor trading activity against risk frameworks (e.g., VaR).
Participate in professional development and industry networking events.
Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory frameworks.
Submit daily and weekly transaction and income reports.
Represent the bank at forums and promote market presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
ACI Dealing Certificate is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercially oriented organization.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or trading role.
Competencies and Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent sales and client relationship skills.
Market trend analysis capabilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and innovative with a self-driven mindset.
