Job Description
As a Treasury Analyst at Carry1st, you will manage foreign currency trade settlement activities, including ensuring compliance, confirmation, and documentation of foreign exchange trades. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a rolling weekly cash forecast, supporting the automation of payment functionality, and being the primary contact for banks to facilitate the opening of new accounts to support expansion. Additionally, you will analyze monthly bank fees, identify opportunities to reduce costs, create internal controls around cash deployment and reporting, and ensure compliance with these controls. Weekly treasury reconciliations will also be part of your role to maintain accurate financial records.

Manage foreign currency trade settlement activities, ensuring compliance with company controls.
Maintain a rolling weekly cash forecast to ensure smooth cash flow for operations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
Proven experience in treasury operations, ideally within a fintech or corporate treasury environment.
Knowledge of banking, treasury, and payment systems and processes.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking abilities and experience working with international teams.
Preferred:
Familiarity with financial software and systems used in treasury management.
