How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the user base and increase revenue.
Manage and lead the field sales teams in Kampala and Jinja to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and partners.
Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance.
Track and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to improve service delivery and app usability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in transport or technology.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the transport industry and digital platforms.
