Job Description
The Training Coordinator will play a central role in enabling teacher growth by designing and delivering professional development sessions (both in-person and virtual), managing master trainers, and documenting field insights. The candidate will work with the Teacher Professional Development team to refine training strategies and incorporate feedback and data to enhance learning outcomes. This role requires fluency in Marathi and English, a background in teacher training (preferably in government settings), and a willingness to travel across the state.

How to Apply
Design and facilitate synchronous and asynchronous teacher training programs
Manage and guide a team of master trainers fluent in Marathi

5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in teacher training
Fluent in Marathi and English (mandatory); Hindi proficiency preferred
Experience in government education systems is highly desirable

Ability to travel frequently within the state
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and bias toward action
Passion for educational equity and impact
