Job Description
The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training initiatives for new hires and existing employees. The role involves working collaboratively with different departments to assess needs, deliver content both virtually and in person, and track progress. The specialist will also support professional development through coaching, mentoring, and performance analysis. A successful candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to adapt training methods for diverse teams and international audiences.

How to Apply
Conduct onboarding and new hire training programs (up to 12 weeks).
Deliver continuous learning sessions for service, product, and policy updates.
Assess organizational and departmental training needs.
Design and deliver customized training sessions and e-learning content.
Conduct workshops and seminars both virtually and in person.
Collaborate with team leads and subject matter experts to update training content.
Maintain comprehensive training records and monitor employee learning progress.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support growth.
Analyze KPI reports and recommend learning solutions to improve performance.
Meet with supervisors to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities.
Support the sales department by coaching agents to enhance sales results.
Travel internationally, when needed, to facilitate training at global offices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD) is an added advantage.
Experience in a call center or travel industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience in developing and delivering e-learning content.
Ability to assess and address diverse learning styles and needs.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Flexibility to work Pacific Time hours (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends).
