Job Description
Firlcom Network is seeking dynamic and results-driven Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) to grow and manage our agent network across Uganda. You will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and driving performance of agents to ensure strong distribution and increased transaction volumes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new agents within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents as key business partners
- Drive agent activity, transaction growth, and overall performance
- Support agents with training on products and services
- Resolve agent issues including transaction and system challenges
- Identify new trade opportunities and expand distribution channels
- Conduct agent audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Track performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
