Job Title: Ticketing Cashier

Reports to: Branch Superviser
Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Ticketing Cashier to support operations. The person will be responsible for processing customer bets, issuing tickets, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with good numerical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining the daily operations of the shop and ensuring that all transactions are accurately processed in a timely manner.

How to Apply
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in placing bets.
Accurately input customer bets into the system and issue tickets.
Ensure the cash is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Handle customer inquiries regarding betting options, payouts, and general shop operations.
Provide updates on current and upcoming sporting events, odds, and betting rules.
Ensure compliance with shop regulations and gambling laws.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace at all times.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Shop Manager when necessary.
Assist in reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
A minimum of high school diploma
Minimum of 1 year working experience or Internship experience will be considered.
Ability to Communicate with teams in a respectful manner
Reporting Skills
Good attitude towards work
Integrity
Numerical ability
The applicant should possess a valid national ID
