Job Description
The role involves managing and overseeing all documentation associated with fruit production, processing, and exportation. This includes maintaining accurate records of certifications, permits, and regulatory documents, and coordinating documentation instructions to forwarders. The candidate will update customer information, track documentation statuses, and communicate daily operational reports to the relevant departments.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Issue documentation instructions to forwarders.
Create and update customer information records.
Prepare and communicate daily operational reports regarding documentation statuses and tracking.
Manage and oversee all documentation related to fruit production, processing, and export.
Maintain accurate records of certifications, permits, and regulatory documents.
Coordinate the collection, review, and approval of all required documentation.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
BComm graduate or equivalent qualification.
