  • Generating Leads: Identifying and prospecting potential customers through various means such as cold calling, following up on inquiries, and utilizing databases or lead generation tools.

  • Understanding Customer Needs: Engaging with prospects to understand their requirements, challenges, and preferences to tailor sales pitches effectively.

  • Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

  • Sales Presentations: Conducting sales presentations or demonstrations over the phone or through virtual platforms to showcase the products or services and persuade prospects to make a purchase.
