Job Description
Cworth Energy is hiring 4 Technical Solar Sales Representatives to help grow its customer base and support installers, resellers, and end-users across Uganda. This role involves promoting and selling a professional range of off-grid solar solutions including inverters, batteries, and solar panels.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and call-in clients at the office/showroom in Kireka.
- Sell a full range of products including Hybrid inverters, Lithium batteries, Solar panels, Solar streetlights, floodlights, and portable power stations.
- Conduct site visits (often with a technician) to size solar systems and help close sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until closing.
- Manage leads coming from phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Visit installers, electricians, hardware shops and partners to promote Cworth products.
- Work with set monthly sales targets and submit simple sales report.
