The role includes executing daily sales and business development activities, defining strategies, and providing leadership to the China team. The Technical Sales and Marketing Engineer will also represent T2M at international events, meetings, and conferences, requiring flexibility for global travel. Candidates must bring a proactive mindset, proven track record in semiconductor IP sales, and the ability to balance technical understanding with business growth.

How to Apply
Lead sales and business development of semiconductor IPs in Mainland China.
Manage and grow the China sales team to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain relationships with targeted companies and key decision-makers.
Define and execute sales strategies and account management plans.
Collaborate with global marketing and technical support teams to support sales cycles.
Conduct daily activities to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Operate seamlessly within an international, distributed team.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings worldwide.
5–10 years of proven sales experience in the semiconductor IP industry.
Prior experience with leading semiconductor IP companies.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor markets, ASIC design flows, and related technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
Ability to manage and grow local teams and businesses.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, focus, and time management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally for business engagements.
