Teacher Coach – Uganda
Location: Mayuge District, Uganda

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Teacher Coach to join our team in Mayuge District. The Teacher Coach will support the implementation of Enjuba’s Early Childhood Learning Program by developing lesson plans, training teachers, and providing ongoing coaching. This role involves classroom observations, conducting training sessions, and giving real-time feedback to teachers to strengthen instructional practices and improve learning outcomes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and support lesson planning for early childhood programs
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
Deliver training and professional development sessions for teachers
Mentor and coach teachers to enhance instructional practices
Collaborate closely with teaching staff and Enjuba team members

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Strong lesson planning and teaching skills
Experience in teacher training and professional development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in early childhood education is a plus
Proven experience in phonics instruction is required
