ALX is hiring a Talent Engagement Lead to set the direction for its Talent Development and Experience team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The role leads learning and development, manager capability, performance enablement, employee engagement, culture, onboarding and organisational change across the organisation.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Talent Development and Experience strategy in line with organisational priorities.
Lead, coach and develop the TDX team with clear priorities, standards and performance expectations.
Oversee the TDX portfolio, budget, external partners and delivery across the function.
Advise senior leaders and managers on talent development, team capability, engagement and organisational needs.
Lead employee learning, manager and leadership development programmes.
Design and run performance enablement, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives.
Shape major employee experiences and support organisational change.
Work with senior leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and design practical solutions.
Ensure high-quality delivery across the employee experience.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree.
8 to 10 years of experience in HR, talent development, learning and development or organisational development.
Experience leading a talent, learning or people experience function and managing a team.
Experience working with senior leaders on capability and organisational change.
Comfort with remote and hybrid working arrangements.
