Job Description
To support recruitment, onboarding, administration, and day-to-day coordination across the business, ensuring talent acquisition processes, records, and internal follow-up are managed efficiently and professionally.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities including sourcing support, screening coordination, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and onboarding administration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, staff documentation, and administrative files in a structured and timely manner.
- Coordinate internal meetings, follow-up actions, correspondence, and operational tasks, while supporting reports, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
