Job Description
The Systems Engineer (L2), Cybersecurity will focus on the design, implementation, and support of cybersecurity systems to protect organizational networks. The role includes participating in client engagement, conducting assessments, delivering demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and executing project implementations. This hybrid role also contributes to presales activities such as responding to RFPs and RFQs, collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions, and supporting ongoing client systems and infrastructures.

How to Apply
Engage clients to gather cybersecurity requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct technical demos and PoCs
Lead and support project implementations
Present technical content to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with sales teams on RFP and RFQ responses
Provide technical support and maintenance for client security systems
Maintain security standards and configurations for NAC, SIEM, firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, PAM, SOAR, XDR, SASE, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of security architecture and manage service concepts
Perform related tasks as assigned

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field
Vendor certifications required
Preferred certifications:
Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM
Required Experience:
Experience with client engagement and technical presentations
Experience in security architecture and pre-sales activities
Proficient in configuring and managing cybersecurity tools and technologies
Knowledge of managed services concepts and project fundamentals
Strong communication and client service orientation
Hands-on and proactive approach
Technically sound in multiple cybersecurity solutions
