Job Description
The Law Development Centre (LDC) invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant positions in its Staff Establishment, tenable at any of its campuses:

To participation in the development and implementation of LDC ICT policy.
To assist in the configuration and maintenance of software and hardware in good working order.
To provide advice on the acquisition of appropriate hardware and software and check and carry out tests on new ICT equipment from suppliers.
To provide support in the maintenance and update of the LDC website.
To provide support in the creation, storage and maintenance of Electronic records.
To update and submit reports on the performance of LDC’s computer hardware and other communications equipment.
To support the implementation of LDC Paperless Communication Policy.
Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to the Senior ICT Officer/Systems Administrator.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Senior ICT Officer/Systems Administrator from time to time.

A Bachelor’s (Hon) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Information Science, Computer Science is an added advantage.
Must be a qualified Network Administrator/Information Technologist.
At least two (2) years’ experience in Network Administration, Web Administration in government or reputable private organization.
