Job Title: System Analyst (Re-advertised)

Job Summary:
Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join the team in Uganda. S/he who will support the implementation of a new ERP system globally. This role requires a highly organized and analytical individual who can collaborate across various departments, bridging gaps between finance, Procurement, People & Culture, technical and other key stakeholders. The System Analyst will work closely with the Head of System Implementation and both Country and Regional Finance Managers to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Demonstrable skills and prior experience working with Unit4 (formerly Agresso Business World) ERP system, which is a significant advantage.
Experience of working one or more Unit4 modules relevant to the role (e.g., Financials, HCM, Procurement, Fixed Assets, etc.).
Experience in Data migration from Legacy system to new ERP system.
Ability to run Unit4 training workshops for MC users
Proven experience and strong understanding of financial processes and requirements including financial reporting, analysis, ideally within the charity, NGO, or not-for-profit sector.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work with large data sets and identify trends.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
