Job Description
Working closely with suppliers, distributors, store teams, and internal stakeholders, the Supply Planner will place and track replenishment orders, manage inventory levels, analyze category performance, and maintain high-quality supply chain data. The role drives OTIF performance, implements stock rotation practices, resolves supply issues proactively, and identifies cost and process improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Place purchase orders to meet demand while avoiding shortages/overstocks.
Analyze sales trends and category performance; recommend assortment and promo actions.
Control inventory across locations using forecasting, safety stock, and JIT techniques.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and store teams.
Identify and resolve supply issues (delays, excess, shortages) through root-cause actions.
Ensure product availability, especially for seasonal/high-demand items.
Enforce stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) with warehouses/stores.
Improve supply chain costs and efficiencies with cross-functional teams.
Achieve OTIF delivery standards and address variances quickly.
Maintain accurate master/data (lead times, order qty, schedules) across systems.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications
Relevant Supply Chain qualification.
Experience
5+ years in Retail Merchandise Planning & Replenishment.

Team player who can also operate independently.
