The Supply Chain Management Assistant II will be responsible for assisting in procurement processes, managing inventory and stores, and supporting the efficient acquisition and distribution of goods and services. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and collaboratively to uphold transparency and accountability in procurement activities.

How to Apply
Assisting in the preparation of procurement plans and schedules
Receiving and inspecting delivered goods and materials
Managing and organizing stores and inventory records
Issuing goods and supplies to departments as per approved requisitions
Maintaining accurate stock control records and documentation
Assisting in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation
Supporting compliance with procurement regulations and institutional policies
Operating relevant computer applications and procurement software
To be appointed to this position, a candidate must have:
Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Certificate in Computer Applications
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
High level of integrity, responsibility, and accountability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
