Job Description
The job holder will assist in procurement processes, stock control, inventory management, reconciliation of procurement and store documents, and ensure timely processing of payments. Reporting to senior officers, the role will contribute to the effective and efficient management of the Agency’s supply chain operations, adhering to the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015 and its regulations.

How to Apply
Participate in periodic stock taking and generate reports.
Reconcile stores records, contracts, and payment documents.
Identify unserviceable and obsolete assets for disposal.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels through stock control measures.
Prepare local purchase and supply orders.
Participate in the receiving and inspection of goods.
Ensure security and safety of stores and equipment.

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Cumulative six (6) years’ relevant work experience, with at least three (3) years at the level of Supply Chain Management Assistant II or an equivalent role.
Membership to the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS), and in good standing.
Proficiency in computer applications.
