Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.
Provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts.

Degree or Diploma in Hotel management and catering
Work experience: 2 -3 years in the food service industry and in a supervisory or leadership role
Critical skills required
Ability to motivate and guide team members through exceptional leadership skills
Clear and effective communication with staff, customers and management
Outstanding negotiation skills
Ability to resolve conflicts
