Job Description
The role involves supervising and coordinating daily operations of the pharmacy, registering the pharmacy with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Superintendent Pharmacist will dispense medications, provide professional healthcare advice, and maintain accurate inventory records. They will also be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, growing revenue, and representing the company at professional forums and associations.

How to Apply
Lead and manage pharmacy staff and operations at the branch.
Register the pharmacy with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to customers.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with pharmacy laws and guidelines.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Manage inventory to prevent product expiry and wastage.
Promote marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement.
Increase revenue and enhance branch profitability.
Represent the pharmacy at meetings with PSN, ACPN, and other professional bodies.
A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D).
Must have completed the NYSC program.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
A valid pharmacist license.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in pharmacy operations and inventory control.
Ability to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
