Job Description
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all dredging operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards. The role includes preparing regular progress reports, overseeing the maintenance of all dredging equipment, managing permits and regulatory compliance, and monitoring the effective usage of resources and manpower. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of dredging operations to ensure the project runs efficiently and meets company standards.

How to Apply
Supervise and manage daily dredging operations.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
Ensure that all dredging equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
Manage operational permits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Monitor the usage of resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
Lead and motivate the site team to achieve operational goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Maritime Engineering.
2-5 years of relevant experience in dredging operations.
HSE Certification is mandatory.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of dredging processes and best practices.
