The Site Foreman is responsible for overseeing the work of construction workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors on the site. This includes assigning tasks, providing instructions, and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and timelines.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols is a critical responsibility. The Site Foreman must conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and take corrective action to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials is essential to ensure that construction meets quality standards and specifications. The Site Foreman is responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects or deficiencies, and taking corrective action as needed.
Project Coordination: The Site Foreman plays a key role in coordinating activities and schedules to ensure that work progresses efficiently and according to plan. This includes scheduling deliveries, coordinating subcontractors, and resolving conflicts or delays that may arise.
Communication: Effective communication is crucial for the Site Foreman to liaise with project managers, clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. They must provide regular updates on progress, address concerns or issues, and relay important information to the team.
Material Management: Managing materials and equipment on the site is another responsibility of the Site Foreman. This includes ordering materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently to minimize waste and prevent shortages.

Minimum of Two (2) years craft experience in Civil and construction works.
Ability to work with minimal supervision with strong organizational skills
Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to problem-solve and fix routine errors
In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices
