Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating shareholder-related services such as the sale and issuance of shares, monitoring transfers, and maintaining accurate shareholder records. The officer facilitates meetings and communication with shareholders’ representative committees, ensures legal compliance, and supports the implementation of committee recommendations. The role also involves evaluating shareholder contributions to the bank's growth and building committee capacity through effective engagement strategies.
