In a three bed roomed house with 30 chairs and no table with personal savings of about UgShs 1,000,000. (one million). We have now grown into one of the biggest and best education institutions with over 350 members of staff and about 4000 pupils.

Job Title: Hygiene Assistant (Several Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Victorious Education Services
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the school premises to ensure a healthy and conducive learning environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor learners’ hygiene, health, and behaviour constantly while in school.
Ensure safe storage and proper use of learners’ personal items and belongings.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of school facilities, dormitories or classrooms (as applicable), ensuring a clean, safe, and child‑friendly environment.
Support learners’ personal care needs — especially younger children — in a caring, patient, and respectful manner.
Provide guidance, counselling or support around hygiene and personal care to learners when needed.
Work under minimal supervision; be dependable and vigilant, ensuring school hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
