Job Description
Job Title: Graduate Trainees – Several No Experience Jobs

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious graduates to join our sales-focused Graduate Trainee Program. If you are passionate about sales and eager to launch your career in a fast-paced business environment, we want to hear from you.
Graduate Trainees support departmental activities, assist in implementing company projects, and undergo structured training that develops their technical abilities, leadership skills, and business understanding. The program aims to build a pool of competent young professionals who can take on future operational or supervisory roles within the company. Trainees are expected to be proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program to gain practical skills in assigned departments such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Support day-to-day departmental operations under the guidance of supervisors and team leaders.
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support decision-making.
Engage in field activities such as market visits, route riding, customer engagement, and sales promotions (for Sales & Marketing placements).
Observe and learn production, quality control, and safety procedures within the manufacturing environment (for Production/Quality placements).
Work with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document learning progress throughout the training period.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.
Minimum Second-Class Upper division.
Must have spent not more than l year after graduation.
Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
