Ericsson is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the service delivery process and ensure high-quality performance and reporting. The role involves managing resource delivery, meeting service level agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the service delivery process is adhered to and providing service quality performance and reporting.
- Resource management for the delivery of services to the customer.
- Management of the service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring all obligations are met.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of service delivery metrics.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery operations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and global service standards.
