Job Description
As an SEO Analyst, you will serve as the dedicated point of contact for multiple SEO clients. You will understand client goals, manage campaign strategy, identify optimization opportunities, and execute tasks across various CMS platforms. You'll analyze key performance data from tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, compile and present reports, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance visibility and conversions. You'll also contribute to internal and client-facing blogs and help shape the company’s marketing efforts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated SEO analyst and point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client goals and deliver SEO strategies aligned with objectives
Execute on-page and off-page SEO tactics
Conduct site health audits and recommend improvements
Analyze metrics from Google Analytics and Search Console
Provide A/B testing strategies and optimization recommendations
Implement SEO tasks on various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
Edit websites to improve user experience and conversion efficiency
Track and manage campaign goals and performance metrics
Create and present monthly performance reports and actionable insights
Maintain client communication via email, Slack, and video conferencing
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to client retention
Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends
Contribute to blog posts and internal marketing strategies

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
1+ years managing SEO campaigns preferred
Experience with technical SEO and site migrations is a plus
Familiarity with multiple CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Craft, etc.)
Experience using SEO tools
Google Analytics Certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
