Job Description
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at OnTheGoSystems, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of products that serve a global user base. Your responsibilities will include understanding user behavior, identifying usability pain points, and delivering high-quality design solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and leadership to design interfaces that balance aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency.
This role requires a deep understanding of UX principles, attention to user behavior analytics, and a proactive approach to improving product usability. You’ll be expected to uphold brand consistency and contribute meaningfully to product development strategy. Experience designing developer-focused tools and familiarity with WordPress are advantageous.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research and understand client needs and usability pain points
Analyze user behavior and identify UI bottlenecks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product design needs and constraints
Design user interfaces for both current and new products
Ensure digital brand consistency in typography, layout, and color schemes
Translate feedback and data into actionable design solutions
Advocate for user-centered design principles across the company

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must-Have:
At least 5 years of experience in a UX/UI design role
Demonstrated experience designing for mass-market digital products
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with WordPress and its ecosystem
Good to Have:
Experience designing developer tools or platforms
Background in working with SaaS products
