Job Description
This position requires an experienced IT professional with deep expertise in system administration across Windows and Linux platforms. The role involves overseeing virtualization infrastructure, data center health, disaster recovery protocols, and IT security compliance. The administrator will support performance optimization through scripting and automation, and work closely with internal teams on project execution and system upgrades. This is a key technical leadership role within the bank’s IT department.

How to Apply
Maintain and monitor Windows and Linux server environments.
Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems and applications.
Implement system patches and upgrades.
Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), storage (SAN/NAS), and backup systems (e.g., Veeam).
Administer DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, M365, G-Suite, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Oversee datacenter infrastructure (power, cooling, environment).
Enforce system hardening and compliance with security standards.
Manage user access controls, encryption, endpoint firewall, and incident response.
Monitor and optimize server performance and resource usage.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
Collaborate with other IT teams for project planning and implementation.
Support disaster recovery and test backup/restoration procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics.
At least 5 years’ experience in systems administration (Windows and Linux).
Proven experience managing mission-critical environments in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong technical skills in virtualization, storage, backups, scripting, and security.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
